Digital Content Specialist

Job Description
This role will support editorial quality assurance and digital content reconciliation efforts as content is migrated into a Content Management System (CMS) environment. The individual will compare migrated content against source materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, formatting consistency, and adherence to established editorial standards. They will proofread and validate content, verify citations and references, maintain proper numbering and hierarchy structures, and implement feedback provided by subject matter experts and stakeholders. The role will also support AI-assisted content initiatives, including retrofitting content into established templates and reviewing AI-generated outputs for quality and consistency. Additional responsibilities include completing editorial QA checklists, maintaining documentation, supporting multiple content workflows, and ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and editorial guidelines.
