Core Skills & Experience
- 4–5+ years of IT experience with Banking/Digital Channels exposure
- Hands‑on experience with OpenShift, AWS EKS & Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, REST APIs & Kong API Gateway
- Experience with Dynatrace, GitHub Actions, CI/CD & DevOps
- Exposure to Temenos (Kony), TIBCO ESB & Messaging Technologies (MQ)
- Experience supporting high‑availability production platforms and incident management
- Good understanding of ITIL Change, Problem Management & SDLC
- Arabic is preferred; willingness to work rotational/night shifts
Reject Criteria
- Candidates without Banking/Digital Channels experience
- L1/L2 Helpdesk, Desktop, Service Desk or Infrastructure Support profiles
- No hands‑on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift/AWS EKS
- No experience with Production Platforms, APIs or DevOps tools
