Digital Analyst

We are looking for a detail‑obsessed and insight‑driven Digital Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of TCF's global growth team. This is a horizontal role that supports all digital growth workstreams - paid acquisition, retail funnel, SEO/AEO, and website - by transforming raw data into clear, actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building dashboards and interrogating CRM funnels as they are presenting findings to senior stakeholders. You will own the data layer that powers every growth decision.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

• Own TCF's digital analytics infrastructure; GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and platform-level dashboards, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI for campaign reporting, funnel tracking, and executive visibility.
