Join AgeCare Cariboo Place in Williams Lake as a Dietitian. This part-time role focuses on nutritional assessments and tailored dietary solutions for our residents' well-being.
As a Dietitian, you will report to the Director of Care and contribute to a holistic framework in meeting the dietary needs of residents. A Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and eligibility for provincial registration are needed, as well as experience in assessing nutritional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutrition assessments for new residents promptly
• Update and implement individualized care plans with dietary orders
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians on swallowing assessments
• Provide nutrition education to families and residents
• Work with interdisciplinary teams for enhanced resident care
