Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Dietitian ** to work in **Fulton, MO** .
**Pay Rate:** $40 / hour
**Shift Details:**
+ Hours will be worked between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm M-F. No weekend or holiday hours will be required. We are flexible on a 10-hour schedule if requested. Part-time or full-time hours are acceptable.
**Services to be Performed**
+ Provide medical nutritional therapy (MNT) for an assigned group of FSH patients.
+ Utilize the Nutrition Care Process Terminology (NCPT) to provide nutritional care to assigned patients.
+ Assess nutrition needs, integrate delivery of nutritional care to meet disease and age-specific requirements of patients within the assigned areas. Identify patients at high-risk based on criteria outlined by the facility.
+ Provide Nutrition Education to patients related to the needs identified with NCPT in individual or group setting.
+ Participate in patients’ interdisciplinary t...
