**Location:** Lipan Plant – Service Area within 50-mile radius (Longmont to Sedalia, CO)

**Schedule:** Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may extend based on asphalt production schedule)

**Compensation:**

+ **Salary Min:** $62,400
+ **Salary Max:** $79,040
+ **Overtime Potential:** 60+ hours/week

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Equipment** to join our team. In this role, you will perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of construction equipment. Work will primarily be conducted in the field using a company-provided service truck, with occasional shop work as needed.

This position is ideal for a hands-on mechanic who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys working independently at job sites.
