Minimum Requirements Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic qualification Minimum 5–8 years’ experience working on heavy mining or earthmoving equipment Previous supervisory or team leader experience Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience on equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Bell, Hitachi, Volvo, or similar Valid driver’s license No criminal record Medically fit Key Responsibilities Supervising and leading a team of diesel mechanics and assistants Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy-duty diesel machinery Managing preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Conducting inspections and quality checks on completed repairs Coordinating parts, tools, and maintenance requirements Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior staff Maintaining accurate maintenance and service records Working closely with site management to ensure operational efficiency Skills Good communication and leadership skills Abi...
