Diabetes Clinical Support Specialist (Insulin Pump & CGM)

Role, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a clinically focused customer support representative for the Omnipod product portfolio. You will assist patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes through their journey, from onboarding to troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a clinical field and 2-3 years of patient experience. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required. This position includes office work and may involve holiday or weekend coverage.
