Lead and transform outbound logistics operations by driving cost efficiency, service excellence, digital enablement, and network optimization aligned to the overall business plan.
Strategic Planning & Cost Leadership
- Own outbound budgeting and capacity planning in line with the annual business plan.- Drive cost optimization initiatives through network redesign, modal mix optimization (including rail dispatch), and resource efficiency.- Lead liquidation of aged and total‑loss vehicles to minimize financial exposure.
Service Excellence & Partner Governance
