Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately onboard applications onto mainframe systems
• Address email requests from business partners in a timely manner
• Ensure correct inputs of fees into the billing system
• Foster a positive customer experience during interactions
• Maintain billing spreadsheets and reprocess rejected items as needed
