Job Description
Lead and manage a team of Development Specialists, providing mentorship, coordinating workloads, and ensuring consistent standards across all project work. Oversee an institution-wide portfolio of AI-enhanced learning projects, ensuring clear scope, structured workflows, timely delivery, and proactive management of risks across multiple concurrent initiatives, while maintaining standards for design, documentation, evaluation, and reporting. Guide the pedagogical direction of faculty-facing projects by partnering with faculty to diagnose teaching and learning challenges and co-design AI-enabled solutions and tools, ensuring strong alignment with intended learning outcomes.
