Development Accounting Manager

A well-established real estate development organization is seeking a Development Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for a diverse portfolio of residential development projects.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position will play a key role in managing project accounting, construction cost reporting, lender reporting, tax compliance, and financial oversight throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will bring strong construction or development accounting experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
