Developer Advocate, AI Enablement (Toronto)

Your OpportunityThe Developer Advocate will serve as a critical bridge between BDO Canada’s AI Studio and Service Line Labs, ensuring seamless collaboration, technical enablement, and advocacy for AI adoption across the firm. This new role champions developer experience, promotes responsible AI practices, and accelerates the creation of AI agents that enhance workflows and client value. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote flexibility with in‑office collaboration, with periodic travel as required.
Advocacy & EnablementAct as the primary liaison between AI Studio and Service Line Labs to ensure alignment on standards, governance, and technical best practices.
Promote internal awareness of AI tools, frameworks, and development environments (e.g., Copilot Studio) through workshops, demos, and office hours.
Build and nurture a community of AI practitioners and citizen developers across service lines.
