YOUR MISSION

• Support and drive product development for assigned sporting goods accessories, i.e., goalkeeper gloves, footballs, shin guard, handballs and related small accessories items.
• Ensure on-time execution of development milestones with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned styles through development stages from prototyping to sample approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers on sample progress, technical execution, and corrections .
• Support costing and feasibility discussions .
• Track development timelines and ensure milestone adherence.
• Work with cross-functional teams (BU, Materials, Order Management, production, QA) on product specifications and updates .
• Follow up on quality standards and testing requirements .
