Our client is in search of an Accounts Payable Manager dedicated to managing all AP workflows autonomously. You will oversee invoice processing, conduct vendor reconciliations, and ensure accurate payment execution. Ideal candidates will have a meticulous approach and the ability to manage high volumes in a busy rental or dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute accounts payable functions within Texada Software
• Conduct three-way matching and vendor invoice reconciliation
• Oversee credit card and asset purchase transaction management
• Perform daily bank reconciliations to match ledgers
• Monitor and manage the accounting email inbox for queries
