**The Job**
The Team Leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to groups visiting Norway, ensuring the timely processing of itineraries and services. With a focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) processes, the role involves collaborating with sales teams to enhance destination knowledge and confidence, while driving revenue growth. The Team Leader will also manage specialized business and assist the Operations Manager with various managerial responsibilities.
