Desktop & UC Systems Engineer – 12-Month Contract

Infinity Services Partner Division is seeking an IT Desktop Engineer for a 12‑month contract in Belville, Cape Town. The role focuses on frontline desktop support for call centre staff, incident resolution, documentation, and escalation to higher support tiers to ensure maximum uptime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of desktop support experience in high‑volume environments, with strong Windows, MDM, AD, ITSM, and VoIP tooling knowledge.
