Description
Responsible for identifying, remediating and communicating issues and needs pertaining to the desktop computing environment at the medical center. The Field Services Desktop Team is committed to assisting its patients. This includes but is not limited to: PC’s, laptops, phones, scanners, printers, software, and handheld devices. Provides technical expertise, fault diagnosis, identification, isolation and resolution for video and peripheral equipment issues and deployments. Both positions will need knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams. The 100% candidate will need knowledge and experience in Cisco Video, and basic Cisco VOIP programming as well. Individual must have very solid soft skills, experience supporting both Dell and Apple products is preferred; previous experience with Geek Squad or MAC Genius Bar or like experience is a plus.
