Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

:We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician (Level 2 ) to join a dynamic IT support team in Burbank, CA. This is a full-time onsite rol e supporting multiple buildings within walking distance of each other. You’ll be providing technical support across Windows and macOS environments and playing a key role in end-user satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and experience supporting enterprise environments
