Desktop Support Specialist

QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and other hardware, ensuring smooth operation for end users in our professional environment.

You will install and configure devices, troubleshoot Windows/macOS OS issues, manage user accounts and access, maintain asset inventory, coordinate with vendors, and uphold SLAs while sharing best practices with colleagues.
