Position Summary
Provide on-site technical support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring production and office systems remain operational. Support desktop computers, printers, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and manufacturing hardware while minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals throughout the manufacturing plant.
+ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10 workstations and production-line computers.
+ Support end users with computers, phones, printers, and mobile RF devices.
