Vacancy Description

**Job Title: L1/L2 End User Computing (EUC) Engineer**
**Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, particularly in troubleshooting and resolving EUC (End User Computing) issues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Support**: Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
- **Troubleshooting & Resolution**: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to end-user hardware and software, including Windows-based systems (Windows 7, 10, Office 365).
- **Collaboration with Vendors**: Coordinate with third-party vendors to address hardware issues, including warranty repairs and replacement of faulty parts.
- **Hardware Maintenance**: Carry out hardware repairs such as shell swaps for damaged devices and maintain hardware inventory accuracy.
