Desktop Support Engineer

Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across multiple onsite locations in West Palm Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is confident working in a Windows 11 environment, managing modern endpoint tools, and resolving day-to-day user issues with professionalism and urgency. The role will partner closely with a small desktop engineering team to support ticket-driven operations while contributing to device deployment and endpoint management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite desktop support for end users across three locations, traveling between sites as needed to address hardware, software, and access-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents in a ticketing environment, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and escalated appropriately when necessary.
