Overview
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting end-user issues, managing endpoints, and supporting core Microsoft technologies while delivering excellent customer service to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support for Windows operating systems and enterprise applications in a large-scale environment
+ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues with a strong focus on root cause analysis
+ Manage and support endpoints using tools such as Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management platforms
+ Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and related applications
