Desktop Engineer

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of our team by providing advanced desktop and end-user support, ensuring seamless operations for a global team efficiently.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
• Support operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to assist with server, storage, and network tasks, offering hands‑on support for various projects.
• Manage device and software deployments using tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Monitor and resolve issues with end-user systems while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and create documentation for IT tools and processes.
