Desktop Engineer

For one of our clients we’re seeking a Desktop Engineer to support an on-premises environment through hands‑on operational support and end‑user device lifecycle maintenance. In this role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day support for desktop technologies, troubleshoot user issues, and help maintain stable and secure operations for the on‑premises estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for incidents, requests, and problem tickets
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, application, and connectivity issues (e.g., login failures, network access, printers/peripherals)
• Perform user onboarding/offboarding activities, including account access checks and baseline configuration
• Support desktop imaging and standard builds; coordinate software packaging/deployment as required
