Job Title: Desktop and System Support Technician – Intermediate

Job Summary

The Desktop and System Support Technician, Intermediate will maintain the integrity of the operating system server environment, including installing system software upgrades, performing workstation and server administration, and coordinating disk space management. Ensure proper data backups and recoveries, maintain tape libraries, and manage software and hardware inventories. Monitor system software licensing and maintenance agreements while providing recommendations for hardware and system software planning and budgeting. Additionally, offer technical assistance and support to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of desktops, servers, and networks.
