• Knowledge of and experience in the conceptual design and design development of complex mixed‑use commercial buildings and urban precincts
• Producing world‑class conceptual designs and further developing complex mixed‑use commercial buildings and precincts to a detailed technical level
• Attending design meetings with clients and consultants
• Producing high‑quality concepts and sketch illustrations depicting client brief accurately
• Assisting with graphic‑design work for presentation purposes (Adobe Suite/Affinity Suite)
• Assisting with the 3D visualisation of project proposals (Enscape/hand sketches/Lumion/other software)
