Your impact The role involves preparing comprehensive civil and structural drawings, including plans, sections, steel detailing, and extracting 2D deliverables from 3D SP3D models while ensuring adherence to project and client drafting standards. It requires strong capability in 3D modeling using SP3D, Navisworks, and integrating Tekla models to support coordination and design revisions across disciplines. The position also includes performing accurate material take‑offs (MTO) for civil and structural works directly from 3D models, along with effective communication with internal design teams.
