Designer

Prepare and revise shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.

• Develop detailed drawings for ceiling works, drywall partitions, access panels, bulkheads, pelmets, and other interior fit-out works.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve drawing‑related issues.
• Prepare drawing submissions and revisions according to consultant and client comments.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and construction standards.
• Maintain proper drawing records and document control.
