Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs independently, generate multiple design options, and work comfortably within structured workflows, briefs, systems, and QA processes.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, design consistency, and formatting accuracy across all outputs.
• Manage time effectively, establish priorities, and remain flexible to respond to changing demands, tight deadlines, and short‑turnaround requests.
• Handle multiple design jobs and projects simultaneously while preserving responsiveness, confidentiality, and consistently high‑quality standards.
• Work closely with producers to schedule projects, coordinate production, and ensure smooth delivery across teams and markets.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, creative leadership, external vendors, and Edelman’s global design network to deliver integrated creative solutions.
