Job Description

PURPOSE:

To supervise a design/estimator department in a large Timberlake Service Center by supervising the design/estimators. This supervisor will coordinate the design and pricing activities while providing administrative support for the sales representative, regional sales manager, field support and customers. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Demonstrate the CITE principles.
  • Be able to function as a team player with sales and operations to insure effective field execution and customer satisfaction by effectively performing the designer and pricing process.
  • Manage the incoming work load to support customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate the work of the sales representative to insure excellence service to the customer.
  • Monitor the performance of the designer/estimators against their goals.
