Design Program Lead — NPD & Cross‑Functional Delivery

Dyson Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Design Manager to support the development and delivery of New Product Development projects within the EC, L&AB category. You will collaborate across global teams and influence stakeholders to meet demanding timelines.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to maintain governance, manage milestones and costs, and help deliver innovative products on schedule.
