Design Manager (PMC / Data Centre) – CSA & MEP Integration

Location: Johor Bahru. Contract: 1 year (extendable). Quick start date for those with short or no notice period.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary CSA and MEP design coordination for advanced hyperscale data center campuses.
• Manage the complete design lifecycle, acting as a bridge between global clients, consultancies, and contractors.
• Conduct technical constructability reviews to ensure design feasibility.
• Resolve complex MEP and structural layout clashes using BIM/Navisworks.
• Drive local authority permitting workflows (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA) to secure building clearances and final Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in technical design management or multi-disciplinary coordination for heavy industrial, utility, or mission‑critical data center projects.
