Design Manager, NPD & Cross-Functional Leader

Dyson Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Design Manager to support New Product Development across global EC, L&AB. You’ll coordinate with RDD, Operations and Commercial to meet tight timelines, influence stakeholders, and drive project success with rigorous tracking of deliverables and governance.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering and 5+ years in design and product development, including DFM/DFA and cost management.
