Design Manager

Criterion Capital is seeking a Design Manager to assist the design development process and the consultants teams for our residential and hotels projects across London.

The Design Manager will be responsible for managing the entire design process and consultant teams, ensuring that design solutions meet client and the ERs, project cost and timescale goals, and all relevant regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have residential or hotels projects experience, and rounded experience on projects delivery (Fit Out, Envelope and Services).
