Design Manager

Job Description: Lead and oversee multidisciplinary engineering, design, and drafting activities across multiple projects Coordinate engineering resources to ensure deliverables are achieved within schedule and budget requirements Provide technical leadership throughout the design lifecycle, from studies through to detailed engineering Review, guide, and approve engineering designs, calculations, and design developments Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support, feedback, and mentorship Ensure adherence to engineering procedures, design standards, quality requirements, and change management processes Promote safety-in-design principles and technical integrity across all engineering activities Manage project progress and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders Drive collaboration across disciplines to achieve efficient and effective project execution Mentor engineers and designers, supporting professional growth and succession planning initiatives Identify and imple...
