Design Lead: AI-Powered Product, Equity Options

Drumbeat is building three autonomous product builders and seeks a senior product designer to close the gap in design expertise. You’ll own deep design work across customer research, journeys, prototyping, and product decisions, working closely with product and engineering to elevate UX and branding.

You’ll shape AI-native workflows and help ship impactful customer outcomes with a small, fast-moving team, where you’ll have significant influence and final say on design choices.
