Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary R&D Head / Design Head to lead end-to-end product engineering and innovation for advanced metering solutions. The role involves driving new product development (NPD), embedded design, smart metering technologies, and lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering cost-effective, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Innovation
Define and execute the R&D roadmap aligned with business strategy and market trends (AMI, smart metering, Io T-enabled devices).
Drive innovation initiatives , including next-generation metering solutions (AI-enabled, Io T, wireless technologies).
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, future-ready products.
2. Product Design & Development
Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle (concept to commercialization).
