Job Summary
The Design Head – MEP will lead and oversee the complete design function for MEP projects, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient design delivery. The role involves strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and team capabilities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and related design toolsIn-depth knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and statutory regulations
Strong project planning, execution, and coordination skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
