We’re currently looking for a Design & Growth Lead to join our Bilbao studio—a hybrid and strategic profile to lead the growth and consolidation of our local team, combining design craft, strategic thinking, and business development.

• Actively participate in project execution as an embedded designer within the local team, contributing direct production capacity and ensuring quality in deliverables.
• Evolve and enrich the commercial narrative of the Bilbao studio, expanding the value proposition beyond its current scope—incorporating digital and experience layers into the portfolio.
• Update the studio's storytelling and positioning, building a broader, more contemporary and differentiated offer.
