Design Engineer UPS

Support the Helios sales team and customers in correctly scoping, sizing, and specifying Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and battery solutions — primarily Riello UPS, with additional brands as required.

This role bridges pre‑sales technical support with solution design, ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured and translated into the right UPS and battery configuration at the target price point, while equipping the field sales team to present professional, technically credible quotes and proposals — including value‑add recommendations the customer or sales team may not have considered.

The role also partners with the Helios AI SPINE team to build and refine tools that automate and scale pre‑sales and quoting workflows across Helios.
