Design Engineer – SolidWorks Expertise

Responsibilities

• Develop drone components and systems from early concept stages to industrialisation within a collaborative engineering environment.
• Lead the mechanical design of parts and assemblies in SolidWorks, focusing on complex surface modeling.
• Optimise designs for aerodynamics, weight, structural performance and manufacturability.
• Validate designs through testing, iteration and engineering analysis.
• Support prototyping, 3D printing and assembly workflows.
• Ensure the industrial viability of the product – cost, processes and materials – in a market‑oriented product development context.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design Engineering (or Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in product design within demanding technical environments (automotive, aeronautics, robotics, machinery ...
