Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Design and develop new tooling for Stamping and Plating processes .
• Review, improve, and modify existing tools to enhance performance, quality, and productivity .
• Analyze customer product drawings and evaluate feasibility using existing tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Propose design changes, alternatives, or improvements when products cannot be manufactured using current tools or processes.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation .
• Work closely with customers and suppliers on technical discussions, tooling requirements, and problem resolution.
• Support production, quality, and engineering teams in troubleshooting tooling and process issues
