Responsibilities

• Design and develop heavy-duty equipment systems, including bespoke load carriers and associated machinery
• Create detailed technical drawings for complex mechanical systems, focusing on chassis, suspension, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform structural design for fabrication and welding, with a focus on sheet metal, jigs, fixtures, and custom-built components
• Conduct stress analysis and structural calculations to ensure the safety and stability of the designs, using tools like Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
