Design Engineer I

**Job Summary**

If you are a Design Engineer, Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a Design Engineer to work with our Pervasive Sensing Team. This role will work independently and as a part of a team to generate Customer Drawings. You will also be responsible for Creating Quote Drawings.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Create 3D CAD Models, Assemblies & Drawings in SolidWorks.
+ Create Quotation, Level 2, Level 3 & Level 4 drawings using SolidWorks.
+ Create drawings for Parts and accessories.
+ Preparation of compiled drawing documentation along with sales documents.
+ Perform peer drawing checks.
+ Revise Level Drawings per customer requirement.
+ Prepare Bill of Materials for Level Drawings.
+ Create missing hookups and store in database for future use.
+ Maintain documents in SolidWorks PDM.
+ Allocate and review workload for peer drafters.
