Our client is a leading automotive aftermarket filtration technology manufacturer, they are looking to hire a Design Engineer to be part of their Ensenada development Team, to work on Quality, Cost and Time management for Plastic injection and Thermoforming parts development with high excellence on engineering skills and accountability of each duty to create value and overachieve customers’ expectations.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Engineering changes leadership: Study and execute design changes.
- Manage Plastic & Thermoforming system development on new and existing products/projects.
- Lead cost reduction activity with suppliers
- Lead quality improvement activity by warranty data analysis, studying and analyzing customer incident parts
