Design Engineer

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Design Engineer is to be a productive team member of the Solar PV design team and support the company’s strategic growth through direct engagement with the BD/Sales Team and Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Active participation in the End-to-End processes of Lead-to-Contract and Contract-to-Execution by managing the following main job criteria:

Solar & Electrical Design

• Performing preliminary data analysis and developing technical recommendations for a first screening of potential PV Solar Asset
• Responsible for Preliminary and Detailed Design with focus on Technical Configuration and Optimization
  • PV-Syst Output Simulations
  • Helioscope Output Simulation
  • Homer Output Simulations
  • Solar Auto-CAD Layouts, Mechanical and Installation Details (Mounting Structure, Inverter mounting, cable trays, weather station, walkways etc.)
