0–1 year related job experience preferred.
Technical Skills
Seat Patterning – able to complete seat patterns
Understanding and applying one or more basic problem‐solving techniques (e.g., BEP, Kepner‐Tregoe, Six‐Sigma, etc.) to help solve a real‐world issue
Knowledge of manufacturing process and requirements of a trim cover
Understanding and basic operation of seat equipment used in trim cover manufacturing (NC cutter, sewing machines, etc.)
Trim cover sewing
Safety requirements within a trim cover
Standard components used within a trim cover
Knowledge of material specifications and guidelines (cloth, leather, vinyl, etc.)
