Design Engagement Lead

The Role

We are seeking a talented Design Engagement Lead to join our Global Marketing team, based in Auckland, NZ. This is a rare and exciting leadership opportunity to own the implementation of design engagement strategy across our region, leading a high‑performing team of Design Development Managers (DDMs) and Experience Centre staff, while personally managing a portfolio of tier 1 Specifiers, Designers and Architects (SDA).

This Is Where You Come In

Reporting to the Head of Global Design Engagement, you will lead and develop your regional team as a single, cohesive unit, setting clear expectations, coaching individuals, and fostering a culture that is collaborative, proactive, and outcome focused. At the same time, you will personally model the consultative engagement approach you expect of your team, maintaining a direct portfolio of tier 1 SDA relationships and driving brand engagement and specification outcomes with discipline and intent.
